My Story

My name is Demetrio, and my love for baking began in childhood. I still remember the joy of walking through the mall and getting a warm bag of freshly made chocolate chip cookies. In college, it was the late-night blueberry muffins from the dining hall that kept me coming back. Interestingly, I first gravitated toward cooking at home—not baking. Long before Pinterest or the Food Network, I was flipping through magazines and experimenting with flavors that spoke to me.

When my kids were in elementary school, I started baking chocolate chip cookies for them. That simple joy reignited something in me. Soon, I was exploring Pinterest for new recipes and whipping up brownies and other treats for my family. Over the years, baking has grown into something far deeper than a hobby. I love playing with flavor combinations, and that curiosity has led to several delicious variations of the cookie that started it all.
